OnSpot will support Customer with the use of OnSpot audiences for Facebook advertising through the OnSpot Facebook Implementation.

OnSpot Facebook Implementation:

OnSpot’s platform user interface now has an integrated Facebook app that is launched when you select “Facebook” as the publishing destination for your audience.  The OnSpot app enables platform users to log into their Facebook account and transmit audiences seamlessly from the OnSpot platform to Facebook for use in Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

The OnSpot app provides the following capabilities:

  • Customer ability to log into their Facebook account via the app.
  • Allow customer to authorize the OnSpot app to publish audiences to the account.
  • Allow customer to publish audiences to any Facebook account that has given appropriate permission to the Customer’s Facebook account. To do this, the OnSpot app will read the list of authorized Facebook accounts and IDs from the Customer’s account to present a dropdown list for the Customer to select one of these accounts as the publishing destination for the audience being published.

The OnSpot app DOES NOT:

  • See, collect, or store Customer’s Facebook account login information. The information is directly collected and validated by Facebook through the OnSpot app.
  • Have access to any Facebook campaign setup, campaign management or campaign reporting functions in the Customer’s account.

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Having a personal or business Facebook account. Personal Facebook accounts must be linked to any Facebook business accounts where you will run campaigns.
  • Accepting Facebook’s “Custom Audience Terms” for their business account(s) that will be used to run campaigns. These terms must be accepted before OnSpot can load any audiences to the account. To accept Facebook’s Custom Audience Terms, go to: https://business.facebook.com/ads/manage/customaudiences/tos/?business_id={ENTERBUSINESSACCOUNTID} (replacing {ENTERBUSINESSACCOUNTID} with your actual account ID.
  • Entering their Facebook login credentials through the OnSpot app. Note that the login information is not seen, collected, or stored in any way by the OnSpot app.  The information is directly collected and validated by Facebook through the OnSpot app.
  • Enabling the following setting in their Facebook account. These settings will be presented the first time that a Customer logs in to their Facebook account from the OnSpot app and both must be enabled for OnSpot to be able to publish audiences to the account.
    1. Customer must enable “Manage your ads” setting
    2. Customer must enable “Access your Facebook ads and related stats”
  • Monthly reporting of all use of OnSpot audiences on Facebook for campaign delivery. Customer must report impression counts by the 10th of each month per the terms of the OnSpot Platform and Data Agreement.
